How do I return my items?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email us at info@vellaroboutique.com first to receive your return authorisation and the address of our return facility. Please do not send items to our office address in Brossard. All details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.

What are the conditions for a refund?

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described. In that case we cover the return shipping.
